  I called today asking for my son's records do to the fact that we had to move out of the area. The employee who I was talking to was less than professional with her helping me. We have been going to this office for years. I felt that paying for our records was crazy. I asked what the dates were,she gave them to me. She was rude.... WOW!!! what a way to treat people. I'm very up set! I lost my job and had to sell my house. I still have some ties to the area but what a way to treat people who would still be using their services if we could... I don't have anything good to say about them any more..

  Other than the receptionists being short with people & kinda rude, my overall experience here was incredible. To have me as a patient is already a handful in itself. Not only is the over all appearance & cleanliness of the facility amazing, they fully acknowledge my fear for the dentist & understood my fear of having surgery in general. Dr. Paul E. Schmidt, D.D.S, & his dental hygienist Kelly did a PHENOMENAL job at not only calming me & making me feel welcome, they are great individuals to work with & answered every question I had as well as my ride home had. I am suggesting my friends, family & loved ones to go through them if at all possible!

  I love this dental office. All of the hygienists are so great with my children, and Dr Murphy is wonderful. Very personable and takes time to make you feel comfortable, yet is never running behind.
